You work hard all year long - isn't it time to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with those who matter most? There is no better place to do this than Sea Watch 110 on 115th Street. The Sea Watch is one of the largest Condominium Buildings in Ocean City, and its Amenities are unrivaled. With 3 Swimming Pools, 3 Tennis Courts, a Basketball Court, a Game Room, a Playground, Fitness Center, and its own Movie Theatre....that's right, a Movie Theatre - there is NO better place to vacation in OCMD! Sea Watch Guests may enjoy free movies with only one catch - bring your own popcorn! And for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sea Watch 110 is a 2 Bedroom + Den/ 2 Bath Condo comfortably sleeping a family of 6 Adults and 2 Kids. Located on the North side of the building, you will take in incredible Sunrises over the Atlantic and awe-inspiring Sunsets over our beautiful Bay either from your front or back private balcony! Can you feel your blood pressure dropping already? When you arrive, you'll appreciate being able to park your car in the shade of the Covered Parking Garage after registering with the building. As you enter the Condo, you'll stroll past Bedroom 2 and the Den on your way down the hall to the main Living Area. You'll love sinking into the comfy Living Room Sofa, which is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa, after a day of soaking up the sun on the Beach. Cool off while you relax and enjoy the Free WiFi and Flat Screen Cable TV. A large Balcony gives the perfect place to both begin and end your day with that sweet salty Ocean and Bay Breeze. Outdoor Dining Furniture will make it an awesome place to dine Al Fresco while watching the Dolphins play! The Kitchen has plenty of Countertop space, Full-Size Appliances, and all the conveniences of home, you can whip up family meals while still enjoying time with the family. There is plenty of seating at the Dining Table, but no doubt you'll be dining Al Fresco as much as you can! Just off of the Living Area is the spacious Primary Bedroom with a luxurious King Bed. You can sneak out onto the Balcony from here in the early hours to the start of a new day!. The Primary Bath is a wonderful place to refresh with a Walk-in Shower. Down the Hall is Bedroom 2 and Den, each with a cozy Queen Bed. A 2nd Full Bath down the Hall offers a Tub/Shower Combo. Just outside the entrance to the Condo is a private storage room with a full-size Washer & Dryer! You will also love the location of The Sea Watch Condos with easy access to everything! Don't feel like cooking on Vacation? No worries, simply stroll to one of many nearby Restaurants including The Greene Turtle, Pizza Tugos, and more! And with Gold Coast Mall just across the highway, grabbing your groceries at Food Lion or a fresh cup of coffee at Dunkin Donuts is super convenient. Enjoy everything Ocean City has to offer while staying in a place that brings all the conveniences of home and much more. The Sea Watch itself has a lot of wonderful amenities. This condo though is definitely in need of some updating the bathrooms are horribly outdated. It is not overly clean and had a strange smell. I complained about the smell and was told it was due to being near the dumpsters in the warmer weather. I do not think this was the case given the temperature was barely 70 while we were there and it rained nearly the whole time. Not to mention the dumpsters didn't seem that close to the room/building. However that is something to keep in mind when renting this unit. The rental company was responsive, but just brought over a can of air freshener. This property was very very disappointing for the amount of money we spent. As talking to a condo owner at the pool, she even stated that it was not right that people do not update their condos, as they have updated their condo and it is clean and welcoming for renting out as well. This property is outdated to say the least. Bathrooms need serious repairs, the shower curtains were grimy and mildewed. The sliding door from master bedroom was missing the entire screen. There is a musty smell as soon as you walk in the door through the entire place. There were many black spots on the carpet. The slats on the sliding doors are either missing or broken. My mom cut her leg when moving one of the dining room chairs, because it had missing leg guards on the bottom. I would not recommend this specific condo to anyone. Some other condos in the same building were not like this one at all, meaning this condo’s lack of updates etc.With all that being said, the location is amazing and the pool was awesome as well. Our check-in experience was seamless and efficient. The management company was responsive and friendly. We realized that the oven wasn't working, but one call to management and the problem was resolved. The online "10" rating was misleading. The condo showed its age and would need a significant update to warrant a 10 rating. The carpet was filthy, the toilets were toddler-sized, and the blinds were missing half the slats. The ocean view from the patio was good, but tempered by the proximity to the garbage dump and dog bathroom area.
