I made it alive to my destination. What more can you ask
Seat space is horrible. Much too small and therefore uncomfortable. I'm 6' tall and weigh 185 lbs. It's no wonder there are so many reports of rage on planes when the airlines focus on cramming as many people on board as possible in pursuit of that almighty dollar. Also when I booked our seats 23 hours and 59 minutes ahead of the flight scheduled departure there was nothing left except middle seats and I was willing to pay extra for an aisle or window. You even wanted more money for middle seats !! Its obvious American is all about the shareholder and not about the customer and I think that will catch up to you as well as other airlines someday. Jamming people in their 70's and 80's in those little seats is abusive and a very poor business model.
The boarding and services was great .
Loved the care package with the blanket, small pillow, headphone, etc.
Weather delays, but otherwise good.
I am an inexperienced flyer and this was a great experience!
Keep up good work
Our bags were delayed and after being given a delivery window of 5-8, they weren’t delivered until 10 pm. We were inconvenienced and aggravated by the time our bags arrived.
The TSA agents were wonderful at checkin. It had been several years since I had flown, and the service/treatment I received was 180° turnaround from what I had received years ago. I was very comfortable and impressed with the friendliness and consideration I received, even though I had to be hand searched because of body pins and metal in my body from previous surgeries. I will never again dread checkin if all the agents are this considerate.
Everything went well.
One of the flight attendants was kind of rude to some of the passengers
I didn't like my sear at all. I'm a large woman with mobility issues and I need a sit on the aisle in the back for easy bathroom access. But my seat was assigned to me because that's how things are done now, unfortunately.
