we thought on-board service was great. we were a bit disappointed with ground staff when we tried to change our seats in dubai on return so that my husband and I could sit together. it took so long to get a revised boarding pass and when we boarded the flight - which was very empty, we noticed that we had been seated in a row of 3 seats with a 3rd person. All crammed in together on an empty flight. This was ridiculous. Of course we moved - but it showed a lack of customer service and critical thinking.
