Friendly staff - excellent service; planes need upgrade and maintenance - especially the entertainment system.
Staff were fantastic except Teddy. I did not have to deal with him. But a slightly older gentleman did not reply right away to Teddy's question while distributing breakfast trays"veg or egg". Teddy made a face, and walked past. He was just behind the passenger when he said , oh I did not understand, I will take egg. Teddy's response was "I heard you". And he never came back with that man's tray. Where do you find such rude people? They would not last one day in any other customer business except I'm INS. Don't they get any training? Or are they that tired and bored. I am not hiring right now, maybe it is hard to chose right now with full employment rates.
This was the best United flight we have had. No line, easy check in, my flight was delayed and we would have misseed our connection. They called us to the gate and put us on another flight. Food was alright, tv's good. The only thing that was terrible was the temps in the cabin were about 55 degrees! People were freezing! We like it cool, but come on, United!
I wish there was a dairy-free AND gluten-free dining option
Breakfast could have been served and hour earlier
