The landing hit harder in Eugene than any other flight I've had
Well, when I checked in I had no seat assigned to my reservation. Although I did purchase it over a month in advance. And the plane had no WiFi available. I didn’t care for the substitute at Google Go, or what ever it was.
Very pleased with Delta and will use again!
I have been very pleased with Delta in the past several years. 20 years ago I deliberately chose United over Delta, but now it is the opposite. The last two trips I took, the Delta planes were so new and the process so easy that I am looking for Delta flights ahead of several other carriers.
The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The flight in general was good. The first leg to Seattle the customer service was excellent by the male flight attendant as he tried to accommodate the persons connecting to other flights first as the layover time was very short. He said exactly where to go to find your gate. To me that excellent. The flight to Eugene was a short but good flight except that the flight attendant kept banging the door in the cockpit like so much. I know they need to take things out but can they not take it out prepare themselves for the comfort plus customers so that the customers sitting at the back will not hear the loud banging noises when closing the doors. Other than that I'll recommend Delta to anyone.
Experiences like this make it so traveling is enjoyable
Disappointed that no drink service was given. Told because of anticipated turbulence. No turbulence. Would be nice to give a drink coupon for future flight in these situations.
Lots of leg room!
Totally screwed up travel on Saturday of Thanksgiving wkend. Delta agents found us a better flight home by putting us in the 2 empty business class seats. HEROS!!
