The staff that check me very friendly. I was able to check in early. There was problems with my room. I went back to the front desk to advise my room wasn’t clean well. I appreciate the early Check in. I told them I can wait for regular check in order to have a clean. So I can get another room or house keeping can come back and re clean the room. The front desk advise me that housekeeping would come and reclean the room. I left with my bags and was gone for the day. It was my birthday. Casino was a bit small and many tables were full (especially craps and blackjack). There are quite a few slots though. Many to choose from. The staff was amazing. Had a good time and would stay again. The golf course was nice. I got an upgrade due to a suite due to an error on Expedia’s side. Suite was awesome!

This is an older resort, slightly dated, that gives good value. The people were nice and there’s lots of space.
One major downside that would prevent me from staying again: the air conditioner can’t be lowered below 70. It wasn’t an issue because the temperature didn’t get too hot, but I would be miserable if it did.

Upon arriving there was an odor in the room, the ice makers didn't work, but the office did bring me up some ice. No elevators you had to walk the steps and I have back issues so that was kind of hard on me

This property was absolutely stunning! The service from check in to checkout was incredible ! We loved every minute of our stay at this Four Seasons resort! The entire staff met our every need and more. Catherine from Talaveras was amazing. Race from the pool was very accommodating, and Robert from the front desk made us feel completely welcome and at home. If you have the opportunity to stay at this resort, we highly recommend it! 10/10!

Great location and nature but the rooms are tired and need better conditions for the guests. Hot water was out for almost 24 hours, the room smelled of old and musty in the towels and bathrobes. The staff attitude I will describe it as unhelpful arrogance.
