One of the top luxury resorts in Scottsdale! Staff gave impeccable service to help make my family’s holiday stay a success. Richard at the front desk was particularly helpful and we appreciate the extra mile he went for us to ensure our stay was enjoyable and memorable. Pool, food and amenities were top notch. Looking forward to staying here the next chance we get.

Staff are amazing. Product is less good. New room smell moldy and have dresser drawer handles that pertrude and are sharp. Two of our 14 guests have bruises. The River Park is still great, but the new owners have gutted what made this place a great place to take your family. Bummer!

Rooms were very spacious with actual space to enjoy a family meal. Rooms were clean but pull out sofa linens were stale/stiff (had clearly been stored a long time); however, I was quickly provided a new set when asked. Was pleasantly surprised the water areas were heated and open even in January. The kids water area had a broken slide which was wrapped up with caution tape, giving an overall run-down appearance. The activity center staff was phenomenal - super friendly and helpful and clearly really cared about the activities and events for the resort
Guests. The activity room has some nice complimentary activities such as ping pong, billiards and shuffleboard, but the arcade games were all pay to play (even basic (no prize) games such as Pac-Man and basketball) and the price point was very high to the point where they were just sitting unused where other resorts these have usually been free as well. Overall a nice location and stay, with minimal changes could be excellent.

The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel cleaning staff were on it. They did the best job. Not everything worked as it should in the unit and wasn’t stocked fully to be able to cook. Outside of that, great!

Beautiful hotel that lives up to the 4 seasons standards. Room was spacious and elegant, very clean. Landscaping around the premise was nicely done. Pool was warm and pleasant for a swim even though the weather was in the high 60s. Will be back.
