Beautiful tranquil hotel on Lake Washington. This was our second stay and we loved everything about it. Wish we could have stayed longer! The welcome champagne was fantastic, as was the late night snack bar!

My stay at 1 Hotel was exceptional. I was in Seattle for a work conference and it was such a treat to have a place to go each evening that was so calming and rejuvenating. This was a wonderful place to stay and I will absolutely return.

Great hotel from the minute I walked in. I was greeted by the front desk concierge Nobel. Nobel was very friendly and wanted to be sure my stay at the hotel and in the city of Seattle was an excellent experience.
My room was large with a complete wall of windows that were practically floor to ceiling. That room was clean, the bed was soooo comfortable and the room was completely silent. I was not aware of the heat turning on and off during the night. I could not hear people out in the hallway or outside noise through the windows.
The best part was the large bathroom with the soaker tub and separate shower. I have stayed at a lot of nice hotels all over the world. This bathroom beat all of the other hotels I have stayed in.
The hotel is right in heart of the city with so many wonderful restaurants right outside the doors of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Subdued elegance and great service make this hotel a delight. Our housekeeper amazed us everyday with intuitive acts of service. A screen cleaner next to our plugged in iPad. A bottle of water next to medications. A leather cord manager to tidy up bedside. If you appreciate the fine details you will be happy here!
