The staff was extremely slow with nearly everything, which made the overall experience frustrating. The beach area was also across the street from the resort, and cars were driving by very fast, which made crossing the road feel unsafe

Everything from the staff at the gate to the staff inside the resort was absolutely nothing short of amazing and helpful in anyway they could help. It's my 2nd time staying at this property but it won't be my last.

⭐ 2.5/5 | Disappointing for the price we paid We stayed at Azul Beach Resort Negril for 7 days, and unfortunately, our experience was well below our expectations, especially considering the price we paid and the fact that this is an all-inclusive resort. The first thing we noticed was that the hotel is in serious need of maintenance. The furniture in the lobby is worn, some pieces are damaged, and some areas looked dirty. On top of that, there was practically no air conditioning or even ceiling fans in the common areas. The only real relief was the air conditioning in our room, which worked very well. 🛏️ Room and comfort We were a family of four and were given a room with one king-size bed and a sofa bed that was extremely uncomfortable, with the springs being clearly felt while sleeping. We tried to speak with the hotel about finding a more suitable option, but we were offered a family suite for an additional $350 per night. We did not need two bedrooms. We simply wanted a room with two beds, which is a very common option in family-friendly hotels. The room itself was cleaned well, and the housekeeping service was generally good. The only issue was that the minibar was not always restocked. Another major issue was the humidity. It was so high that our wet clothes practically never dried during our entire week. The hotel should consider installing ceiling fans on the balconies to help with the humidity. 🏖️ The beach and the Prestige system The beach is definitely one
