Addis Ababa All inclusive Vacations

they dont answer the phone for shuttle .the room clean but there isa lot of mosqitos and no breakfast even thou they mention on the app there is breakfast. there is no towel paper and there is poor comunication between expedia and the hotel even they cant found my confermation number.

Good breakfast options, excellent service

Very pleasant

I liked the location closer to the airport however Expedia did not advise that a free shuttle was available at the airport upon the arrival. But it was stated that it required calling them which was incorrect. We stayed the old white Building. The room was spacious however it smelled like moldy. Installing a room odour devices may be helpful. The beverage selection in the room was outdated and the coffee was instant cheap ones, although it is a coffee country. No memo and pen to write notes were provided. The hotel information should be in TV as other modern hotels do. Since there was no hotel information it was hard to find hotel services Info such as restaurants, gym, and other services in the hotel. Complimentary water bottles were a great service and helpful. Lastly the elevators may need to updated as it was pretty slow.

Breakfast is good Staff is helpful
