"When we arrived at the door, we were told the apartment had not been cleaned. It was a 3 hour delay from their 15:00/3:00 check-in time for us to get into the apartment. When we tried to unpack our suitcases, neither the small chest nor the closet were unlocked and there was no key in the apartment ..."
