Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.

Love this private place. Beach was gorgeous and clean. Rooms were comfy, modern and comfortable. Bedding was ultra luxurious.

Nos hospedamos del 1 al 4 de julio, cuatro adultos y dos niñas de 5 y 7 años, y la experiencia superó por completo nuestras expectativas. Las instalaciones son excelentes, la comida deliciosa y las habitaciones amplias, impecables y muy cómodas, con el minibar siempre abastecido. El buffet del World Café destaca por su gran variedad y calidad. Sin embargo, lo que hace verdaderamente especial a Dreams Tulum es su gente. Desde nuestra llegada recibimos un trato cálido y auténtico que nos hizo sentir como invitados importantes. Nuestro concierge, Jan Sami Pérez, estuvo pendiente de cada detalle y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. También queremos agradecer a Lupita, Daniel, Reyes y Eloy por su extraordinaria atención en la playa, y a Agustín Oy por el excelente servicio en los restaurantes. Nos sorprendieron con un upgrade de habitación, una botella de vino con chocolates y una cena privada frente al mar, detalles que hicieron nuestra estancia inolvidable. Nuestras niñas disfrutaron muchísimo el Explorers Club, donde hicieron pasteles, participaron en una piñata y realizaron actividades muy originales en un ambiente seguro y tranquilo. También valoramos el compromiso del hotel con el cuidado del medio ambiente. He visitado muchos hoteles, pero pocas veces he encontrado un equipo humano tan amable, profesional y genuinamente interesado en que cada huésped viva unas vacaciones memorables. Sin duda volveremos y lo recomendamos ampliamente.
