Tenerife Beach Vacations

We would rate our stay at this hotel 4/5 stars overall. I want to preface this review by saying that some of the things I mention are definitely nitpicking, but that is largely because this is a five-star hotel. When you are paying for a five-star experience, you naturally expect the smaller details to be taken care of as well. None of the issues we experienced completely ruined our stay, and we genuinely enjoyed many things, but there were enough small disappointments that I think they are worth mentioning for anyone considering a stay here. We stayed in a standard “Melia Room,” which was nicely decorated and had a pleasant overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, the location of our room was one of the things that made the stay slightly less convenient. Our room was located at the far end of the hotel, and the other window overlooked the parking lot. Because the hotel is so large, getting from our room to the main areas of the property involved quite a bit of walking. The room itself was attractive and comfortable, but the bathroom was where we felt it needed a bit more attention to detail. The toilet was quite difficult to flush, which was inconvenient, and there was some mildew in the shower. We stayed on a half-board basis, which gave us the opportunity to experience some of the hotel's themed dinner nights. The Asian night left something to be desired, and the dishes were inconsistently clean. We also had one frustrating experience with the front desk regarding the shuttle.

We enjoyed our stay during our Honeymoon at Hyatt Ziva Jardin Tropical Resort! We were welcomed by smiling and accommodating staff, ate good food and lounged by the pool. The breakfast was good with a good range of choices. The hotel was spotless and the drinks were refreshing! The best part was the amazing views we had and the service from the staff. We hope to be back in the future!

The staff are very nice and food/breakfast are very good. We arrived really late on our first day, but they save us food to have that night, very much appreciate it. Lots of choices with your breafast and you can have as much as you can. The rooms have aircon and quite spacious. You have options to cook, but we avail halfboard with reasonable price with lots of choices. You have gymn, tennis court etc to enjoy during your stay. Swimming pools are clean. I highly recommend it for those who wants to stay in Tenerife.
