Indian Wells Cheap Vacations

Very unprofessional when I checked in, I asked not to have anybody call me or if anybody asks for me to not give out my information. Well that did not happen twice they confirmed that I stayed there and transferred the call to my room after the first incident, I asked them to change my room because I didn’t want people to know that I’m staying there so they moved me to another room from a bigger room to a smaller room which I paid for a bigger room and then the second day at 7:17 AM I get a call which they confirmed again that I’m staying over there and had the phone transferred to my room very very unprofessional. I thought when somebody calls and asks if you’re staying at that hotel, they’re not supposed to give out your information and when you ask, please make sure when they call and ask for me. Do not tell anybody that I’m staying here. Long story short very disappointed because it was supposed to be a one day getaway. I ended up changing rooms because of their incompetent actions after changing the room and talking to front desk that do not confirm that I’m staying at this hotel they still did and transferred the call to my room. 👎
