I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.

Dated, in need of a refresh. Grimy corners in rooms, etc. Sink slow to drain. Shower lever wouldn't go full to get full pressure. Coffee maker didn't work. Person at desk was on the phone the whole time during check-in. Liked that we could park right in front of the room, decent area for the dog. ...

The room looked clean but walking barefoot my feet were very dirty and I had to clean them to go to bed after walking around the room for 30 minutes. The check in person was very sweet and the check in was very fast. The entire hotel is a bit run down. If you don't expect much you will not be disappointed. ...
