Lisboa Region Cheap Vacations

This was my best stay in all of my travels because it truly felt like home away from home. The front desk and the rest of the staff are well-mannered, caring, and responsive to questions and the needs of guests. Our room was cleaned regularly with a change of linens unless advised otherwise. Hot and cold beverages with a variety of pastries are served in the dining room, where a display of traditional furniture and paintings gives an aura of elegance. Hot tea, coffee, chilled water with lemon, biscuits and fresh pastries are served throughout the day into early evening. It is comparatively affordable. Unfortunately, I did not get the opportunity to experience their breakfast.

We got a 3 bedroom apartment and there were also 3 bathrooms. Great hotel and great price, would stay here again

You get what you pay for for a 3 star hotel is decent little things to look at (for management) i arrived around 1 am and i understand that by that time the Clerck at the front desk was annoyed and probably tired so we got a little bit of attitude from the guy i asked something about the room he told me you will get what you paid for as soon as you walk into the room there is a closet with a mini fridge on the floor and a safe they could had put some shelfs on that cause other than that there is no where to put your clothes so some of my clothes was on top of the fridge and the other half on top of the safe THERE IS NO ELECTRICAL OUTLET IN THE BATHROOM so dont even think about using anything that needs to be plugged in there check in time is at 3pm and i arrived at 1 am they had almost 10 hrs to fix the room but it looks like they went in in a hurry to kinda fix it they 2 night tables had been put the wrong way so i had to re arranged the 2 night tables and one of the plugs didn't work (i was in room 211 btw) the curtains by the desk were falling it looked like it hadnt been dusted properly too i wouldnt recommend the hotel but i got good food and good service at their restaurant if you need an ok place to sleep in a decent area (close to everything their location is good ) then this is your place !

This is a 5-star hotel all around! Even as an American with high standards this hotel is just amazing. The interior or lobby and everything is wow. And rooms are very clean and awesome service. Ah and also the health spa with whirlpool and sauna and steam room. The best after a long day of Touring. Seriously. This is a top hotel!

Extremely dated. Location was good but the property itself was very old and the room small

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is lovely and very central. The staff were very attentive and kind. We ate two evening meals there which were delicious and really good value for money. Would highly recommend!
