Great location.

Pool was always packed,parking was $65 and no self parking

We loved the dolphin lagoon the beach and amenities. Restaurants were very good.

Great location.

Unfortunately, this was one of the nastiest places I’ve stayed in a while. We checked in around 10 p.m. after a late flight and only needed a room for one night, but it was still deeply disappointing. There was used floss on the floor, and the hallways had litter and discarded gloves. The property felt much more worn down than the photos online suggested. The pool water looked cloudy, with what appeared to be sunscreen or another substance on the surface, so I didn’t feel comfortable getting in. I was genuinely sad I booked here. The staff were nice, and there was a tiki bar, but those positives couldn’t make up for the cleanliness issues.

Great location and fantastic staff, there was a tea and coffee station from 5am-7pm, you could do washing and drying and staff would give you free detergent, it was minutes away from Waikiki beach and you could borrow towels, lilos, tubes, chairs for the beach, we really enjoyed our stay here and would come back.
