Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.

Logement très bien situé mais un peu bruyant lorsque votre chambre donne sur la rue. Sinon, que des points positifs, le lit était très confortable et la chambre et salle de bain très propres. Le point positif du logement : la localisation. Je recommande chaudement.

Our room had not been cleaned thoroughly there were ring marks from a drink on the dusty bed side tables. We had booked a classic room and were allocated a room in the Milking Parlour row which was not very well appointed i.e. small wardrobe, mirror not sited very well, dark room needing lights on all the time. The basin in the bathroom was bird-bath size and not very practical. Eckington Manor do not show these rooms in their advertising videos. A big draw back was no evening meal or Bar available on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evening. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with and breakfast was delicious and well prepared.

This is our most favourite hotel .. we love it here

So friendly! Liv and Sarah took care of my every need, going above and beyond to help with drink and food choices and to ensure my stay was relaxed, enjoyable and memorable. They went out of their way to help with my breakfast, as I needed to leave early the next morning. The food was excellent, the atmosphere warm and the wine choices expertly guided. I will not need an excuse to return!
