Vi var ikke imponerede! Værelset var ikke rent, døren kunne ikke lukkes, maden var elendig og drinks til all inclusive var ringe og smagte af sæbe! Kommer aldrig her igen!

Overall a great hotel. Strong points are as follows; quite tidy and neat in the communal areas, good food at the breakfast and dinner buffets, polite staff, brilliantly easy access to the pool, complimentary cava in the afternoons, breathtaking views from the sea facing room! So pretty strong on most fronts. Negatives are as follows; caters mostly to German travellers but would certainly help if English proficiency was stronger amongst reception. Needless to say they were extremely helpful and did their best to understand me and my requests, so this is a minor (more of an experience thing than a functional thing). The next negative was with room cleanliness- now dont get me wrong they are spotless to the naked eye! But I did find a couple of light-ish wood louse looking creatures, once crawling up the bed and another time on arrival inside the cupboard. The housekeeping staff were awesome though, and did a fantastic job at cleaning the room each time they attended. So for this reason I only deducted one star for cleanliness. At least there weren’t any bed bugs. Facilities I gave a three because for starters, the gym is tiny- very difficult to get a workout in there when it was busy. I was expecting it to be small but some minor tweaks could certainly helped, e.g. making the mirror above the dumbells stretch the width of the wall so both benches can see their reflection. Secondly, some form of paid room service would’ve been nice for lunch.

All the staff is fantastic from the réception to the restaurant The restaurant is good, offers Nice variety of food, that is changed over days and every evening a différent main plat Rooms are large and in good condition, everything worked, the shower is enormous. Only improvement could be a slightly softer bed (it is 2m wide) Sea view if a must have if you start here

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. L'emplacement, la taille des pièces, la terrasse, les équipements, la piscine... nous étions également très contents de pouvoir bénéficier du parking sous-terrain (10€/jour), très utile. Je recommande à 100% cette résidence !

Fantastic resort due to having 4 pools and direct beach access to 3 swimming lagoons with white sand beach , good food choices , now 20 years old tho. Mini golf course was nearly unplayable due to leaves and stones . Having 4 pools is brilliant , love the large saltwater one. Wok and Zen menu is too limited . Plenty of things too do. Just needs a refurb to bring it back to true 5 star status .

A really nice spot in Fuerteventura. A great location, calm, very spacious resort. I have visited various other hotel complex, but clearly the most appealing. However, it is very quiet and not a lot going on, simply something to relax. A rental car is needed. Outside of my recommendation there are two negative remarks: Breakfast is only average, not really exciting and the street to the hotel should be repaired, it is a 'no go' to keep the street in this condition.
