Resort is an excellent place to enjoy a wonderful holiday in the Costa del Sol. The amenities are amazing, and the staff is equal to the task at every level. The rooms are beautifully decorated as is the lobby and the pool area as well as a beautifully manicured gardens. The main restaurant is called Manero and it appears that it is a separately owned and managed entity from the Don Carlos team. Although beautifully designed, It would’ve been ideal if the Manero establishment provided the same kind of attentive and preferential service to hotel guests as they do to those reserving from outside. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff incredibly attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend the Dan Carlos Hotel two anyone looking for an excellent and unforgettable experience!

The room was dirty Wiped bathroom floor was black. Floors nor washed or vacuumed. Linens dirty and had to be changed. NO PARKING. NOT MENTIONED ON BOOKING. had terrible time finding parking. Check in person had a smile but could not care. Asked parking where. No care. Buffet breakfast was good. Beach was good. Hotel service packed and no room.
