The room was big and spacious. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good and the location is great. The only issue I have weee that the WiFi and the hot water didn’t work in my room. I had to reservations because we traveled from Cali to El Eje Cafetero. The room I had for the first 3 days WiFi didn’t work and the room I had after we came back from El Eje the hot water wasn’t working.
