Shower was clogged, staff had to come with a plunger to get it to drain before I could use it. Bottom of the shower was dirty so then had to clean it myself before using it. After the shower, no hairdryer in the room. Phone didn’t work in the room so had to keep going down to the desk.

The suite was great for our family of 5. Breakfast was hot each morning and there was lots of space for guests to eat. The pool was very rowdy in the evenings so we didn’t use it much. A lot of children were there without parental supervision which was frustrating. The games room was great. My family enjoyed fooseball and the switch console provided by the hotel.

Loved it! Kids didn’t want to share a bed so they gave us a cot, our Shi Tzu was welcome here too! They put us in a room super close to the outdoor pool. Club 19 restaurant was fantastic, family of 4 dinner with desert and tip for just over $100, amazing! Extras were expensive (kayaking, horse back), but totally worth the experience.
