Very clean room and comfortable. Great location, around the corner from a Metro station and short walks to the Grand Plaza, Museums and Central Train Station. Staff very helpful. Also very close to numerous restaurants, cafes, food bistros, etc. And lots of shopping nearby. Wonderful place to stay.

The hotel is not in the best area of Brussels between the train station and the the main square. Having said that, the quality and service was far superior to one hotel in particular whose location would be classed as premium overlooking the main square. The room was spacious comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. I would highly recommend this hotel, it's our first stay here but will not be our last.
