Great service, location and attention to detail! Not mentioned is their free continental breakfast and fruits pretty much all day! What a bonus. Also beach umbrellas and chairs at the Reef! All the pleasant little bonuses made the experience even better; could not ask for a better stay in an area that seems like the heart of town. Highly recommended! Mario and the other front desk workers were so accommodating and helpful too!

Just stunning I love this hotel was my second time here and I can’t wait to go back!

The room was pretty good, spacious and clean. The sliding doors and large windows need cleaning. The windows are disgusting. The outdoor furniture was not cleaned from the day of arrival. Sand was still on the floor and tables 5 days later. Also the kitchen countertops need a good scrub as it appears it has not been deep cleaned. All that’s done are cosmetic touch ups. The food was mediocre. The menu is the same for all dining areas. Breakfast was ok. The food is mostly luke warm and the chef’s special was a guessing game. The property is well maintained and pretty. If it rains you cannot sit on any of the seating areas as the cushions, chairs etc is soaked until the sun dries it out. So evening cocktails around the fire pit only happened 2 nights out of 5. Be prepared to tip everyone for the smallest thing. The staff was incredibly welcoming upon arrival but leaving they were not as warm.

Rock House is beautiful, the room was perfect and view was amazing especially for sunsets. The infiniti pool is gorgeous and kept warm, there is no shortage of views. The in room massage we booked was great. 3 things factor into me not giving 5 stars. 1.) There is room for improvement with the food at the hotel’s restaurant and bar, we would have spent more time at the resort if it had been better. 2.) The beach area was very narrow and shaded, no where to lay in the sun, the water was very seaweedy when we went, this led us to choose to spend a couple beach days elsewhere (Grace Bay Beach) if you are more of a pool person and don’t like sunbathing this won’t be a big deal for you, though I will note that in January when we went the pool beds are also mostly in the shade as early as 1-2pm because the sun will be behind the hotel (for some this is a good thing just a matter of preference). 3.) the resort is a little further away from most of the action on the island, there is no walkable area nearby for shopping, cafes etc. so if you want to explore you will be taking taxis everywhere, the concierge helped us connect to a great taxi service but the cost does add up if you have an excursion in the day and dinner reservations at night, and taxis charge per person. All in all for us we think we would have been better off booking their sister resort in Grace Bay which is on a wider and nicer beach and closer to most of the restaurants and activities.
