Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Staff were helpful and kind. The hotel is fairly clean. It seems to be a bit dated. Our toilet kept making loud noises. Be aware that there is a mini fridge but they will charge you $75 to use it since all the items in there are weighted and charged.

This was my first time staying at Nobu Hotel, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The positive part was the room. It was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job, cleaning twice a day. That’s honestly the main reason I’m giving 2 stars. I booked a Junior Suite and was surprised there was no usable refrigerator. The only fridge was stocked with minibar items, so you basically can’t use it for your own drinks or food. Also, the pools and beach are shared with Eden Roc. You can pay around $300 a night at Nobu while someone paying around $100 at Eden Roc can use the same pools, beach, and facilities. It definitely doesn’t feel like a premium or exclusive experience. The pool service was the biggest disappointment. Some staff were rude and not helpful. A 20% gratuity is already automatically added, but you still feel pressured to tip more. I normally tip 20% and have no problem tipping for good service, but here the service didn’t match the expectation. Even getting towels or basic assistance was difficult while some staff were listening to music and guests were helping themselves. Clean room and great housekeeping, but for the price and Nobu name, I expected much better.

I thought the room itself was fine. I did not appreciate that my room was not serviced until 1 or 2 PM daily. I left the room each day in the morning at various times - yet if I returned before about 2PM the room was not serviced. The first day I was there it was not cleaned and refreshed at all and I had to call to get fresh towels in the evening.... The "resort fee" is a joke. What exactly am I paying for? There was a Keurig coffee maker in the room - but I had to pay for the pods... There were hygiene products on the wall of the shower and a TINY bar of soap to wash my hands with, but they were not worth over $50 per day... I did use the pool and 2 pool towels during one day of my stay - again, not worth over $50 per day. There are no modestly priced food options in the hotel, The "food court" is not modestly priced. The tray of items for purchase in the room is ridiculous. I will say that all staff I encountered in my stay were more than friendly and helpful. I did not have any negative contact with anyone who worked for Harrah's. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. I appreciated that a lot. I thought the price for the room was more than fair. It was a bargain. But, because I did not have a car on this trip and would have liked to stay in or very near my hotel to eat, the food options available were a problem. Overall, I will not stay at this property again if there are other options. It was not a good value for my vacation dollars.
