Excellent hotel would stay again

Spacious room, but no drawer space. Housekeeping terrible. We were there six days without having our room cleaned. We even requested Housekeeping from the front desk, but that didn't do us any good. Weekend breakfast was very good. Overall, hotel staff seemed indifferent. We even spoke with the GM about service, but that didn't do us any good.

The stay was great, good breakfast and good area. The bed and pillows however were not the most comfortable.

Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend This hotel is in desperate need of some major updates and maintenance. Our room had peeling paint, and areas of the ceiling that had clearly been patched were already peeling again. The stand holding the microwave and refrigerator was also broken. The pool area wasn’t much better. There was a hose running into the pool, and the hot tub was out of service with construction materials covering it. It was certainly not the relaxing environment you’d expect when staying at a hotel. The customer service was just as disappointing. When we arrived to check in, we waited approximately 10 minutes before anyone came to the front desk to assist us. To make matters worse, housekeeping walked right into our room without knocking or announcing themselves. This was completely unacceptable and a major invasion of privacy. Overall, we were extremely unimpressed with both the condition of the property and the service we received. The hotel clearly needs significant improvements, not only to its facilities but also to how guests are treated. We would absolutely never stay here again, nor would we recommend it to anyone we know. There are far better options out there!

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious.

Just a dingy hotel. Water barely go warm, had to get our door fixed because it didn’t latch. Guy at front desk took note and got it fixed but looked lost when we spoke to him. When we first arrived the two ladies at the desk just starred. We had to say hello to get checked in. Beds were terrible, pillows were soo cheap. Decent location, cute for the rustic cabin decor feel. But place need some work
