Mattress looked like it had previously had bed bugs with small orange specks on it. And all of the smoke alarms were not attached to the roof. Also making the guests remove their own rubbish is unacceptable. That is a basic housekeeping service expected when booking a hotel. Guest for accommodation so they can relax and not have to worry about anything. I’m glad the accommodation is recycling though.

Only thing I would suggest is the valet parking system, it was a little frustrating with all the people standing around the entrance and in the driveway. Other than that, thank you :)

Very large bedroom , kitchen and full size refrigerator . Free parking is a bonus. Few minutes walking distance from south bank. Lots of good places to eat near by.

Clean and comfortable property but not reflective of the photos online. The rooms look far nicer and much larger online than they actually are. staff are very helpful and accommodating though.

The hotel is a beautiful boutique style with comfortable rooms and bedding. Breakfast on the upstairs verandah is great. Staff were super friendly. I would stay here again anytime.
