Great property, great location to walk and explore Antigua and its hidden gems. The spa was amazing and the breakfast with a view was spectacular. Will definitely make this home base when I arrive to Guatemala again.

Located right by the arches, which you think its great when you arrive execpt that the bells are also there and go off every 15 minutes day and night!!! Sleep was impossible. If you value sleep, dont stay at this hotel. Rooms are big but the beds are hard as board. The hot water takes forever to work. No AC and the fan is very weak. TV was complicated to work.

The breakfast was incredible. The view from the rooftop just added to the experience. No matter what I asked, the staff tried to help. I loved this hotel.

When I booked this hotel I asked if there were any steps to room since my father has a walker, I was told there were 2 steps. When we got there, my parents were placed in a room that had 6 steps to get to it and had a ramp outside the room with 2 steps making it even more dangerous. I went to pick up parents to take them out for the day and was told that NO visitors are allowed…. I have never heard of such thing, they made me feel extremely uncomfortable and felt my parents were unsafe without me being allowed to help them come out with all those stairs. Would never stay there again. With SO many options in Antigua, I am surprised they are not more accommodating.
