Guatemala Pet-friendly Vacations

Very clean and well maintained. The daytime staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel is also very pet-friendly, which I really appreciated. Very nice terrace and view. I enjoyed the complementary coffee. The night receptionist was less welcoming and came across as a bit indifferent, though they still handled requests appropriately, just in a more minimal way. Overall, the excellent service from the daytime team more than makes up for it. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional—easily one of the finest hotel experiences I have had in a very long time. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their dedication to guest service made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The atmosphere was equally impressive; the hotel’s décor was absolutely stunning, creating a sophisticated yet warm ambiance that made us feel both relaxed and safe throughout our visit. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with delicious eggs and fresh vegetables, perfectly complemented by my favorite espressos. Excellente ubicacion del hotel y desde su terraza puedes observar las erupciones del Volcan de Fuego. El staff excelente , muy amables y atentos, nos ayudaron en todo momento. Ademas nos ayudaron agendar nuestro transporte hacia otros lugares turisticos. Se ofrecieron a cuidar de nuestro equipaje (aun cuando ya habia terminado la reservacion) mientras recorriamos otros lugares y asi evitamos llevarlo todo. Por supuesto que me hospedare ahi en mi proximo regreso!
