Our stay was mostly amazing, and overall we had a great experience at the resort. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made our trip enjoyable. We did have one minor incident involving a worker named Juliana. We needed bath towels and asked for assistance, but she informed us that they should already be in the room and didn’t seem very willing to help. Of course, we wouldn’t have asked if the towels had been there. Thankfully, Dinyda was willing to assist us, and we really appreciated her willingness to help. A special shoutout to Latoya, the bartender, who was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and really added to our experience. Johanely at the front desk was also wonderful, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The rest of the front desk staff were great as well and made us feel welcomed. Despite the minor challenges, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The positives far outweighed the negatives, and we would absolutely recommend this resort to others!

Hotel tem uma ótima estrutura, porém precisa melhorar em alguns pontos, o quarto que ficamos estava com um dos vidros do box quebrado, água do chuveiro não mantém a temperatura, hora fica fria, hora gelada, ar condicionado pingando dentro do quarto, funcionários desmotivados. Liberaram o quarto às 15h, quando entramos as malas não estavam, precisamos ir até a recepção e carregar até o quarto, era bem longe.

Everything was great: staff pleasant and helpful, pick up and drop-off smooth, food tasty, grounds immaculate. Did not dive with Adventures as pricey and they require a quick check out dive to determine weight and buoyancy but I am an almost 50 yr diver, so did shore diving instead. They upgraded us to a better room for a reasonable price and worth it as we had roomy balcony with wonderful views of water entrance and boats. One downer was bathroom was tiny. Overall would go back!
