Property and Staff were Great! Bartenders Jason Brian and Latoya Fabulous! Pool was nice, no beach which we knew. Dreams Resort terrible! Cheap liquor and terrible service and food. Beach area terrible . A cove thats it. The other side of island much better . Took Catamaran Snorkeling Trip saw other places would stay next time. Also they serve the same food for 8 days. Never changed. Not what I expected.

My husband and I recently stayed at Baoase Luxury Resort to celebrate our 8-year wedding anniversary, and I can honestly say our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything about Baoase felt special. The property is absolutely stunning—beautiful, intimate, romantic, and incredibly peaceful. Our room was gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious yet relaxing experience. What truly set Baoase apart, however, was the service. The level of personalized attention we received was extraordinary. One of the things that impressed us most was how the staff knew our names. It may seem like a small detail, but it made such a difference. Being greeted personally throughout the property made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for rather than simply being guests at a hotel. Every interaction we had with the staff was warm, gracious, and attentive. The service never felt forced or overly formal—it was effortless, genuine hospitality. The entire team has mastered the art of anticipating what guests need while still allowing you to completely relax and enjoy the experience. Celebrating our 8th anniversary at Baoase was everything we hoped it would be and more. It gave us the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect, and celebrate our marriage in a truly beautiful place. We have stayed at wonderful luxury properties over the years, but Baoase is one of those rare places that stays with you!

Staff is really nice! I wanted to love this place but unfortunately, where our room was, we were woken up everyday around 6AM to some kind of alarm going off for about 10 minutes on and off. We had shoe prints on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the tv barely worked. The beach beds did not have the QR codes as said so we waited for a long time for service. The food was- sadly .. not good in our opinion.
