El personal no es muy atento

From the first day, our experience was disappointing. We asked to join a guided hike but were told there wasn't one because the receptionist was also serving as the guide that day. Later, around 4:00 p.m., we went to the central area and discovered that a hike was actually scheduled to leave at 4:30 p.m. However, it didn't depart until 5:30 p.m., which meant we had to rush up steep, challenging terrain to make it back before dark. It felt unsafe and poorly organized. On both nights, mosquitoes were buzzing around our room, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel did not provide any mosquito spray, repellent, or even an environmentally friendly solution to address the problem. The restaurant service was good, and we enjoyed the food. However, there is very little to do at the hotel itself. To participate in most activities, you have to drive several kilometers along a very rough road just to reach the highway. Overall, while the food and restaurant staff were a positive aspect of our stay, the poor organization, lack of basic amenities, and limited on-site activities made for a disappointing experience. We would not recommend this hotel.

Excelente servicio, personal super atento, excelente logística ya que tuvimos la mala experiencia del terremoto y el Personal muy bien adiestrado. Desayunos super ricos, limpieza impecable, todo muy bien.

This boutique hotel is a great. I was looking for a more secluded hotel than Novotel for this trip. Rooms were very inexpensive so i upgrade to a suite which was very spacious and comfortable. This is a smaller hotel, only 60-70 rooms, 4-5 per floor. Everything was very clean. Food on the rooftop was amazing, but a little expensive. Service was great, everyone at the front desk spoke fluent English. Room service was super quick and spoke English as well. The breakfast buffet was delicious, lots of choices and could special order omelets and waffles which were amazing. WiFi worked great. Uber drivers were readily available within a few mins. About a 10 min ride from Provenza

Es un lugar mágico

Third time staying here and as always the service, rooms and amenities are great. The Charlee is located very centrally as it is in walking distance to many great restaurants and clubs. Highly recommend staying here.
