厄尔巴岛滑雪假期

We loved our time in Santa Margherita and would come back. It has everything you need from beaches, bars and restaurants and shopping. The people are friendly and it is a very pretty place where you can do day trips to lots of places.

We booked a hotel for a 2-person trip. The location is excellent - the view of the waterfront from the balcony room is amazing. Is close to everything and the service and the staff were excellent. The room design is functional and elegant. It’s super clean. The bathroom amenities are awesome. The staff go out of their ways to be helpful. The property itself is better than the online photos.

Nice location, but price / comfort did bot balance. No atmosphere in the suite and in the balcony. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant with no atmosphere and medium quality food and wine.

I don't believe this hotel truly meets 5-star standards. The staff are friendly, but the overall experience falls short in some basic areas. We had a 7 a.m. checkout, and breakfast doesn't start until 8 a.m. — meaning we couldn't have breakfast at the hotel. We asked for a to-go option, which was not available. This is something every other 5-star property I've stayed at handles as a matter of course. Additionally, no complimentary water was offered in the room — or if it was, no one mentioned it. Again, this is standard at any hotel in this category. Breakfast itself was decent, nothing remarkable. I understand Portofino is an expensive destination, but the experience here didn't match the 5-star label.

Immersa nel verde, non abbiamo sofferto caldo mai. La cosa migliore della struttura è lo staff, sempre gentile e disponibile. Al ristorante Granace Luigi, Dalila e Momo ci hanno fatto sentire sempre a casa
