"Over Priced. Motel 6 Feel. Very outdated 1970's. I would stay outside of Banff 10 minutes and save yourself some money. Location is good , Garaged parking but they charge you $20 extra a night and you will pay close to $500 a night for the dump room which is a rip off."

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., but when we arrived after a long day of traveling, we were told our room wasn’t ready because there was a larger reservation ahead of us. We were exhausted after the drive and had expected to be able to settle into our room, so the wait was disappointing. The room..."

"The room was clean and comfortable. However, we unknowingly booked a room where the bed was up a spiral staircase from the main area that had the bathroom. A little difficult to get suitcases up the stairs and a little annoying to have to go downstairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking on site was an extra charge (~ $15 Canadian), but that didn't seem unreasonable and plenty of parking spaces. Nice to be close to downtown..."
