I can show pictures of the unit that was very different than described. I paid extra for a Mountain View for 3 nights - and it was not Mountain View. We were in a different building at the bottom of the hill a 8 min freeezing cold and icy walk to the pool area.

It was exactly what I paid for. Somewhere just to spend the night. The bathroom sink, however, drained very very slowly. Probably needs to be unclogged from a myriad of traveler hair.

Room was very clean and comfortable staff was friendly. Lots of amenities on-site

I cannot recommend the Harvest Barn Inn more highly. Our two-night stay there was a highlight of our trip. Set beside the Connecticut River, the views are amazing, whether looking at the river out the front door or at the pond and woods out the back side of the property. The Inn is warm and cozy. The rooms are modernized and comfortable (not huge but certainly sufficient). Now, to the heart of it all - breakfast and the innkeepers. Blessing and Kaelan, a wife and husband team, are amazing! They are both kind, friendly and welcoming; beyond that, they are smart and engaging. Conversations with them were fantastic; I look forward to our next time there if nothing more than for the chats. HOWEVER, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the breakfasts. You will never have a better breakfast in an inn anywhere! Each morning, we were served three-course, farm- to-table meals that were scrumptious. Whether the fruits and vegetables came from their on-site garden (quite bountiful) or from neighbors and nearby friends farms, the produce had been harvested within 18 hours. Each breakfast was absolutely delicious! I've traveled the world. Stayed in 5-star hotels. Eaten at 3-Michelin starred restaurants. Stay at Harvest Barn Inn!
