Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Coffee was $11/Cup for small 8 Oz. And $25 for a prepackaged sandwich! 😳 Just ridiculous! Room A/C was so loud we could not sleep. Despite complaining, nothing could or was done to address it. 👎 Construction next door was load and dusty, rendering the balcony useless. 🙁 If we hadn't gotten a great rate on-line (Expedia) for this hotel, we'd have left to stay somewhere else.
5 Star Hotels don't have these issue. I'd give it 3.5 Star at best.
