Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

We were in a room with two queen beds and a couch. I am handicap so I needed a scooter and there was enough room in the room to move around and with the scooter. The bathroom was clean. There were a couple of negative things that need improvement in the bathroom. First a skid resistance mat in the shower. The second thing is instead of having just 2 towels at bare minimum there should’ve been 4 towels available. I like the availability of multiple different restaurants within the Rio. I especially liked the Korean barbecue , Kang’s. As far as the casino is concerned, there was a wide variety of different machines and tables to choose from. I guess the only disappointing part of the casino is there’s no Poker Room. Taking in consideration that it was the Poker capital (WSOP) for a couple of decades you would think that they would have at least 2 or 3 poker tables available. Overall, it is a very nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay. The one big concern or complaint I might have is, there were eight elevators or more available, but it seemed like only three were in service.

The staff were great, friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They even allowed me to store my luggage for free while I waited for my room to be ready, which I really appreciated. The room itself was clean overall, and the bedding was comfortable and clean. However, there was a very noticeable musty/moldy smell in the room, almost like a wet room that had been closed up all summer. It was definitely odd and made the room less enjoyable. The shower was also disappointing. The grout appeared to have mold, and honestly, I would recommend wearing shower shoes. The pool is extremely small, but the service was great. I did appreciate the complimentary sunscreen and aloe available in the lobby. At check-in, I was given a VIP card offering 15% off food and drinks at the restaurant connected to the hotel. However, the restaurant only serves breakfast and brunch, so the discount wasn't particularly useful during my stay. I was also given two complimentary drink coupons, but was told they could only be used the following day—not on the day of check-in. Since I had to leave for the airport at 5:00 a.m. the next morning, I wasn't able to use them. I found that policy a little strange, especially since the drinks were offered as a perk of my stay. Overall, while the staff were excellent and there were some nice touches, I wouldn't stay here again. For the price, I think there are better options available with cleaner and better-maintained facilities.

Was a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. Room was amazing!

I felt like the walk from the front entrance was quite the distance and you could only catch ride shares from the front entrance. Discovered this the hard way. This particular room had to be close to the pool and club area as you could hear the music late at night.

The view was gorgeous at night with all the lights. We loved it! ~ Always Grateful. ~
