The bathroom was not what was shown in the Hotels.com website. I purchased the mountain view room with a fireplace. In the photo's it showed a much larger bathroom with a double shower head shower. One for each person. That was not the case. It was a single shower head non spacious shower. The fire place did not work the first not and the maintenance person "just left" for the night. I chose this room for the fireplace and the oversized bathroom/shower for my wife. for the price I paid for each night of the trip, I figured I would get what I purchased. Again not the case. Also, it wasn't until I checked in that I was informed that valet parking was $45 a night. When I went back to my reservation on hotels.com, I had to dig deep to find it on the site that this hotel has it. Theres no parking otherwise you have to walk from a parking garage about a half mile away. So heads up on that. The front desk staff was somewhat friendly. The valet driver worked his butt off. Overall we. had a nice stay but I had high expectations for the cost I paid and it came up a little short.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Vail villiage. The staff was excellent and the service superb.

The room was clean, there was a lot of bath towels, extra pillows. The staff was friendly and very helpful

Decent place but pricey for what you get.

This had to be one of the cleanest condos we’ve EVER rented. Even though the finishes all weren’t the latest they were in immaculate condition as were the linens and kitchen utensils. The link to directions takes one to the rental office, which is on the ridge right above the condominiums. This was a bit confusing since that’s not made clear on the website, but calling the office number led to a very friendly and helpful staff. The bathtub and shower open directly into the bedroom in the one bedroom, suite unit, which could be a problem if one guest wants to get ready while the other sleeps. there’s also a nice size balcony and wide big windows with a great view of the ski mountain. I definitely see another visit in our future.
