Really enjoyed this hotel. The location was great close to everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great shower. Views were nice. Bed was descent. The only thing I did not like was the street noise as i'm a sensitive sleeper. Breakfast was also pretty good. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Cali

El lugar es increíble, la vista es impresionante, regalo de cumpleaños de mi esposa y quedo fascinada con el lugar. El staff super atento y muy amable. 100% lo recomendaría y de hecho pensamos volver pronto. Un lugar maravilloso para relajarse y escapar de la ciudad. Y sumergirse en la naturaleza.

The only complaint I had was that the hot water wasn't always very hot. I didn't even bother to tell the front desk to be honest. I would stay here again.

Salento is one of the most beautiful locations in Colombia and Kawa Resort is probably the best place to stay in Salento. It's that simple. My wife, my daughter (9 years old) and I spent 4 nights there and we can't say enough positive things about all aspects of the hotel. We got one of the top bungalows in the property and it was well worth it: spacious, super comfortable bed, highly clean, unique, and beautiful. The hottub in the varanda was a fantastic touch. We also enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel (2 nights) and had delicious meals there. The hotel is at walking distance from Salento (10 to 15 min walking or so), which was also great. But what really took it to the next level was the people working there. Everyone treated us with a genuine smile on their faces and a passion for hospitality. That was very easy to see. Finally, I want to send a special shout out and a big thank you to Eduardo (front desk), the ladies in the kitchen who took such good care of us at breakfast (apologies for not catching all your names), every morning, and Claudia, who provided me and my wife with fantastic massages. And I wish I could say something that adequately describes the views from the place... but I lack the poetry to find the right words to do so. Mother Nature at its finest, I suppose. WOW! What a place!
