凯斯岛滑雪假期

We have gone to Sunseeker several times in the past and have always enjoyed our stays. The staff was friendly and helpful, all the restaurants were open and it was great place to go. Now that Hilton owns it we saw a huge shift, several restaurants were closed or limited menus and the staff was rude and not helpful. At the rooftop pool bar, there used to be servers that came around. We did see a couple of them, but in 4 days not one came over to help us. I went to the bar every time and get our own drinks. Each day when I went up there, there was no bartender at the bar, had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to show up in the middle of the day. Then when they were there it was like I was bothering them and they just took forever to get the drinks out and it was not busy. At the downstairs bar and sat at a table, in the past if they weren't that busy the bartender would come out talk and take our order. This night there was one couple at one end of bar and one guy at the other end. The bartender just hung out and talked with the guy, she did not come over or even look our direction for the hour so we finally left. Went to the ice cream place that used to serve crepes and was excited to have one because they were great and the ice cream shop had been closed the previous 3 days. Well I get up there and he says they don't make crepes anymore. Then I asked what was in the ice cream. He said he didn't know and it ended up being terrible and I couldn't eat it. We will not be back

Os serviços de empréstimo de bicicleta, shuttle para praia e locais próximos ao hotel, empréstimo de cadeiras, toalhas, guarda-sol e pranchas são incríveis e tornam a experiência da estadia ainda melhor. Localização excelente. Piscina muito boa e serviço de bar também excelente. Quarto maravilhoso, amplo, agradável, cozinha completa e com utensílios novos. Com certeza voltaremos, porque amamos a cidade e o hotel. Crianças amaram!

Todo demasiado lindo y bueno, la playa muy buena

The room was clean but pretty bare for a condo u it. The bed we had has pretty hard. The couch was stiff as a board. The bathroom only had one sink and the only mirror in the whole place. The Staff were great. Beach view was great. Only ate breakfast once at the restaurant and it was not that good and very expensive. Should have know it was not as good as we were the only ones in there.

This was our first time at Four Seasons and I might say it will not be our last. Everything was amazing, The staff throughout were excellent.
