Absolut empfehlenswert! Tolles Gebäude, tolles Grundstück, absolut super Frühstück. Personal ist sehr nett.

旅店的地點在老橋附近，附近環境很好，很多店可以逛，也有很多餐廳。但離火車站有距離，拖行李很難走，很累。最近的公車站至少要走500公尺。

Agradable estancia. Excelente servicio. La habitación la mantenían siempre limpia. Todo queda cerca del área. Muy recomendable

I don't believe this hotel truly meets 5-star standards. The staff are friendly, but the overall experience falls short in some basic areas. We had a 7 a.m. checkout, and breakfast doesn't start until 8 a.m. — meaning we couldn't have breakfast at the hotel. We asked for a to-go option, which was not available. This is something every other 5-star property I've stayed at handles as a matter of course. Additionally, no complimentary water was offered in the room — or if it was, no one mentioned it. Again, this is standard at any hotel in this category. Breakfast itself was decent, nothing remarkable. I understand Portofino is an expensive destination, but the experience here didn't match the 5-star label.

Convenient - Located at a quieter part of town outside a park that my toddler used during the day and only at 12mins walking distance from all major sites Great service from front desk to restaurant to bell service Delicious hotel breakfast/ generous spread! Stayed in family room with 2 year old, very family friendly staff, baby amenities (cot). Spacious and clean, quiet rooms. Black out curtains. Highly recommend, what a gem!
