We recommend avoiding this hotel. Upon arrival, we were not told that there was a pool, a rooftop venue, a gym, etc. We were told that parking was only via valet for $45. When we asked about street parking, we were told that it required an app that had to be renewed every 12 hours. Instead, we just opted to park on the street for free two blocks from the hotel. A good staffer would have offered that option. Then, a day into our 3-day stay, I saw that my credit card had been charged multiple times, for a total of around $2,500. Charges had been made, then withdrawn, then made again. When I asked for relief, the smiling/kind staffer said that the manager was away til the next day but would resolve it. Upon checkout out there remained multiple bizarre and expensive unjustifiable charges on my card, and profuse apologies from staff included acknowledgement that this sort of thing happens there. It took an entire week for my credit card to be freed of all the unauthorized charges made by the hotel. My sense is that IHG, the corporation that runs the place, is really mercenary. They also made it really hard to log in to the wifi without giving them your bank account. Overall, this is a place that I recommend you avoid. The room is ok,the location in Bozeman is convenient, but the staff is uneven and the owners are absolute pirates.
