“The hotel is very nice, but despite being advertised as dog-friendly, it is not pet friendly in practice. There was no grass on site and we were directed blocks away.
Fine hotel otherwise, but if you’re traveling with a dog, this is not the place. Without a pet, we would recommend it. ”
“Dawneth James-Henry, the front desk supervisor, was amazing. As a service-based business owner, I know a hotel’s beauty means little without great service, and your team delivered. Traveling with a service dog, we felt welcomed and respected by everyone. Walls were thin, and checkout took longer than expected, but overall the care and professionalism stood out.

“In our travels, many “pet-friendly” hotels just charge extra with no perks. Not Sapphire Falls. They are truly pet friendly.
We received a welcome gift (bowls, treats, bags and a mat), staff adored our pup, and there’s a huge pet run right outside the room. Easy access for small dogs and a one-time fee for up to two pets of any size. It was a bit pricey but extremely convenient.”
