“A secret mountain town inaccessible by road! A once in a lifetime place to visit, Stehekin is a small town completely untouched by the modern world. To get there you can either hike in, or take a ferry from the town of Chelan. The ferry travels through a 55 mile long lake, and at the end is the enchanting town known as stehekin! ”
“My favorite place in Western Washington! The lodge is on a beautiful remote late, and it is close proximity to some of the best hiking in the state! Olympic National Park is close by, as well as the Hoh rainforest on the coast. As kids we visited the ocean here every year. also if you read/ watched the twilight series, you are close to forks Washington where the movie was filmed! ”
“Mazama is Washington’sbest kept secret! A cute tiny town nestled in the cascade mountains. I visit here very often in summer and winter! There’s tons of hiking nearby including one of my absolute favorite trails called Maple Pass Loop. There’s also lots of backcountry skiing in the winter. There is a cute bakery there with the worlds BEST salty baguette.”
