To help make sense of it all, I recently sat down with John Kim, chief product officer for Expedia worldwide, to hear his thoughts and perspectives on why the company has chosen to invest so much in mobile technology. John and I also talked about what Expedia ultimately hopes to achieve through its relentless focus on testing and commitment to enhancing Expedia\u2019s mobile sites and apps.<\/p>\n
