Dates\/Eligibility: <\/strong>The Expedia \u201cWomen Travel Fest 2016\u00a0Giveaway\u201d supply partner promotion (\u201cPromotion\u201d) begins at 9:30 am and ends at 4:00 pm on March 5 (\u201cEntry Period\u201d). \u00a0Promotion is open to attendants at the Women’s Travel Fest 2016 in NYC\u00a0who are at least eighteen\u00a0(18) years old. Employees of Expedia, Inc., as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees are not eligible to enter.<\/p>\n

How to Enter: <\/strong>Fill out the\u00a0entry from, which will be mentioned\u00a0at the beginning of the event by Carol Cain, on where to fill out the entry from and where to return.\u00a0One (1) entry per person.<\/p>\n

Selection of Winner: \u00a0<\/strong>On March 5, 2016, panel moderator, Carol Cain\u00a0will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. Must\u00a0be present to win.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prize:<\/strong>\u00a0This offer is from Expedia\u00ae and is available privately to the person who won WTFest Event <\/strong>in March<\/strong> and who have received their non-transferable coupon code via hard copy. This single\u2013use coupon is valid for a discount of up to $1000.00<\/strong> off a \u201cpay now\u201d hotel or flight + hotel booking on Expedia.com. The cost of the booking does not need to meet or exceed $1000.00.<\/strong> Any coupon value remaining after booking a qualifying booking costing less than $1000.00 <\/strong>is not redeemable. All bookings costing more than $1000.00<\/strong> will be discounted by $1000.00<\/strong> upon application of the coupon discount.<\/p>\n

Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person who seeks to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The Promotion is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.<\/p>\n

Release and Limitations of Liability: <\/strong>By participating in this promotion, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensations (except where prohibited). Winners are liable for any tax liability accruing as a result of this promotion. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize is permitted by any winner.
