Information on how to enter, the prizes and rules for redeeming the prizes form part of the terms and conditions of entry for the Sweepstakes.\u00a0 Participation in the Sweepstakes is deemed acceptance of these \u201cOfficial Rules\u201d (\u201cOfficial Rules\u201d) and any other notices referenced herein.<\/p>\n
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram (\u201cInstagram\u201d). You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor (defined below) and not to Instagram. The information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Sponsor\u2019s privacy policy (see below). Instagram is hereby completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.<\/p>\n
In these Official Rules, the term \u201cyou\u201d refers to any person who enters, or who wishes to enter, the Sweepstakes.<\/p>\n
3. Agreement to Official Rules: By entering, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor\u2019s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.<\/p>\n
4. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am Pacific Time (\u201cPT\u201d) on Friday, May 18, 2018 and ends at 11:59 pm PT on Friday, June 1, 2018 (the \u201cSweepstakes Period\u201d). Sponsor\u2019s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.<\/li>\n
Once you are following @Expedia, @Aloha.BBB and @BBBPNW, and during the Sweepstakes Period, use the hashtag #TravelBetterSweepstakes and tag a friend in the comments and you will be entered for a chance to win.<\/p>\n
Entries will not be acknowledged. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Instagram account.\u00a0 If you attempt to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple\/different Instagram accounts, identities, registrations or logins, or through other methods, Sponsor may exclude you from participating in the Sweepstakes.\u00a0 When you enter, you are providing information to Sponsor.\u00a0 No purchase necessary.<\/p>\n
By entering on Instagram, you agree that your Entry conforms to the Submission Requirements as defined below (\u201cSubmission Requirements\u201d) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify you from the Sweepstakes if it believes that your Entry fails to conform to the Submission Requirements. Entrants must have permission from all individuals that appear in the Entry (if any) to use their name and likeness in the Submission and to grant the rights set forth herein.<\/p>\n

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant hereby warrants and represents that any Entry he\/she submits:<\/p>\n
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, at any time and for any reason to screen any Entry(ies).\u00a0 Any Entry that the Sponsor deems, in its sole and absolute discretion, to violate the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules is subject to disqualification.<\/p>\n
Re-bookings are not allowed.\u00a0 The value of the booking is not refundable.\u00a0 Booking is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply.<\/p>\n
Total Approximate Retail Value (\u201cARV\u201d) of the prize is $500.<\/p>\n
A winner is responsible for paying any applicable federal, state, local, income and withholding taxes, if any, and any expenses not listed herein.\u00a0 Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. You may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason.<\/p>\n
11. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the \u201cReleased Parties\u201d) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) any errors on the Instagram platform that may prevent an entrant from entering or receiving direct messages; (d) printing errors; (e) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (f) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant\u2019s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties\u2019 liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney\u2019s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, compensatory, direct, or indirect damages.<\/li>\n
