Impressed by the quality of this B&B right in the middle of the old town. Cannot believe the house was built 700 years ago with high quality service today! Staff are very helpful the breakfast is excellent!

Great location. Modern, updated rooms. To be sure, this is a small, limited service hotel. Staff is friendly, location is great, comfy bed, modern (small) bathroom. It worked great for us.

A lovely, cool and clean room awaited us after an arduous journey to Siena. We found the recommendations offered by the host to be most helpful. The location is beautiful, and unique.

we stayed for 4 nights and used Seina as our base for our first visit to Tuscany. The owners were very helpful. They provided maps and information on all the local sights, plus some history of the town. One night we asked them to make dinner reservations and they had to call over 10 places due to a busy night. But they found us a great restaurant for dinner. Another day they provide a detailed schedule for buses to visit one of the towns we were interested in.

We had a very comfortable stay at Sienna Room! The location is excellent, just a short walk from the old town and right next to a parking lot, which was especially convenient since we had a car. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.
The room was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with nice touches like coffee, robes, and a fantastic shower! The property also has lovely common areas, including a shared kitchen and refrigerator. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t get a...

This place was a dream. The pool was the best. The staff were so pleasing and willing to accommodate in anyway possible. The a/c in the room was perfect especially for hot July day. We hope to be back someday!

A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Hospitality
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful bed and breakfast in the heart of Siena, Italy, and we cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment we arrived, the family running the place greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel like we were part of their own family. One of the things that stood out to us the most was their genuine willingness to share their local knowledge. It is a great option to stay, convenient and the place is really nice. They offer water, coffee and tea at reception. Please be aware that check in is between 14:00 and 19:0. They are not flexible about this.

The hotel is set in a wonderful location and everyone working here is so kind. Our room overlooked Siena and the view was stunning. Our breakfast each morning was delicious as well. We would stay here again for sure.

We stayed here for 3 nights in late September and had a fantastic experience! They were amazing and made our trip feel like home...very attentive, friendly and genuinely wanted our experience to be great! Viola, Vieri and Laura are so friendly and make you feel like family. They helped with lunch/dinner recommendations each day and were happy to help make reservations, each meal was great! The in-room breakfast was a great start to every day and overlooking the piazza cannot be beat. The...

We loved this place and it was by far the best place we stayed during our time in Italy. The property is breathtaking and the service/staff is amazing. All the food we had was phenomenal and fresh. The wine is to die for. This is the type of place that is so good that you almost don’t want to tell people about it to keep it secret. Hope to be back again someday.

Le Aquile is so central to Il Campo and right in the heart of Siena but the rooms are really quiet and tranquil. The building is beautiful and historic and the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. Ada and Massimo couldn’t have been more helpful and gave great recommendations for local restaurants and tourist attractions. We ended up extending our 3 days to 5 days. Extremely reasonably priced given the location. Highly recommend staying at Le Aquile. Only slight word of warning is that...

We stayed 3 nights at Palazzo di Valli in late April 2022. The property is beautiful and located in a quiet residential area just south of the city's center. It sits on a hill overlooking a valley, and has it's own orchard and flower gardens. Instead of waking up to the sound of motorcycles and delivery trucks under your window, we woke up to chirping birds. Hosts Lorenzo and Giancarlo were wonderful, offering us recommendations, and helping arrange reservations and transportation. It's a bit of...

Everything was exceptional from the breakfast (the walnut pastries are a must) to the staff who brought our food to the room one day even though they don't offer room service to accommodate our schedule issues. This location is really best for couples and/or solo travellers who want to unwind and slow life down. There's no TVs but they have games and a decent library, albeit it is all in Italian. My only quibble would be is to strengthen the wifi.

Perfect location for a stay in Siena. It is literally next to the Duomo. The B&B suggested we use a valet parking lot outside of the city, which worked out perfectly. We were dropped off right next to the property, picked up on time at the end of the trip, and did not have to lug our bags through town.
In addition to the location, the property itself was lovely. Very beautiful and comfortable rooms. The communication from the property and the personnel on site were excellent. We thoroughly...

Stained here at the end of an eight day trip around Italy. This hotel was head and shoulders above the others I visited, it is a boutique hotel of seven rooms. Our room was a suite. It was bigger than many apartments, with a large living room with daybed, a beautiful master bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower with jets overhead as well as side jets, ample closet storage, fridge, and safe. The rooms here have antique furniture and hand painted ceilings. I loved the breakfast on the...

We loved our stay at the Palezzetto Rosso in Seina. The building dates back to medieval times, mostly brick and stone, so travelers will definitely get the historic feel. The rooms, however, have very modern design features. The main feature of the room in which we stayed was a glass enclosed shower and sink area in the center of the room. As long as privacy is not a concern, this is not a problem. The toilet is in a different room that you access by exiting the shower/sink area, walking...
