This was our first time visiting Canada and it went great. The hotel room was so spacious, we are a family of 5 with my mother in law in tow and we weren’t on top of each other at all. The food options were regular hotel options but they also had an evening appetizer option that came in handy. They have an underground parking so during the rain, it was nice to stay dry. The staff was helpful, kind, and accommodating. I would 100% stay here again. We were 20 mins from downtown Toronto without the...

We had a great stay with no issues. The staff were very pleasant at every encounter. My son loved the Omni kid activity bag they gave him and the WiFi worked well for him.

Amazing place to stay close to St Lawrence, George brown uni, old town and cathedral. It’s very spacious, has every single thing you need in the kitchen and laundry. Bus stop is 5 min walk and train stop is 8 mins. 24hr store 3 min walk. Super clean and spacious

Easy check in. Loved the room. Loved the balcony. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. I had a higher floor so it was a quiet room. Good location. No parking available but a parking garage right next door worked out great. Absolutely will be returning. I didn’t end up interacting with any staff at all during my stay but that’s because everything was so easy and I had no need to.

We recently spent a week in Toronto and decided to experiment with a boutique hotel versus a known chain. We were thrilled with The Ivy. Small, at only 4 rooms, guests are pampered and indulged; the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed from the uber comfortable bed, to the plush arm chair and private balcony. The bathroom was enormous and luxurious with a large walk in shower, soaker tub (and custom blend bath salts refreshed daily), and heated floors. The facilities included a fully...

Side of property is under construction. Staff was helpful and prompt. Restaurant charged $4.00 per “unit” of tiny shrimp, which were overcooked. Restaurant service poor.

My favorite thing about staying at this hotel was the accessibility of everything. I felt like I was in the heart of Toronto and I could walk everywhere if I wanted to experience the city on my feet. If I ever got lost I would just locate the CN tower and follow it and the hotel would be right across the street. Great decision to stay here and this will be my primary choice of hotel anytime I visit Toronto!

Hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance from many attractions. We didn’t even need to rent a car except the day we drove to Niagara Falls and even the car rental place was within walking distance. Rooms are equipped with a full kitchen and kitchen utensils. Breakfast buffet every morning did not disappoint but arrive earlier than later as it gets more busy later. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with knowledge of the city, its sights and how to get there. Would...

The hotel was quite nice and the staff were very helpful. There is a lot of construction around the hotel but we did know that when we were booking and it didn't really bother us. The one issue was that the room was quite dark. The walls and ceiling are painted a dark brown so any light in the room just wasn't reflected. They need to do something about that.
One other tip for anyone new to Toronto and traveling to local areas - if you use the train make sure you use the Go train and not Via for...

Excellent hotel with great facilities and amenities! From the golf simulator to the rooftop pool to the top notch tennis courts, really impressed by the property and the location. Super nice views of the city and the lake. Would definitely stay again.
