Great day trip. We got there, for the last ride up for the cable cars at 12 - the rides up to the mid-level and then to the top were amazing . I wished that the instructions for the meeting point - to return to the tour bus at 5 pm were clearer. I thought that one of the guides was going to meet us at the Little Train, didn't realise the bus parked nearby was the bus. Luckily we saw some of our fellow travellers and we went to enquire with them. I hope Key Tours put a clearer sign (e.g. their logo and reference number for the tour, on the front of their bus, and/or if the tour guide could actually meet people at the Little Train. The guides were lovely people but only wished that they met people at the meet point.

The events of the trip were wonderful. However, it seemed that the company had too many trips going on at the same time. The tour guide offered instructions that were equivalent to Calculus III and was very confusing and simply did not make sense. The tour guide was difficult to find and did not have typical tour guide presence. For example, he did not greet people upon their return from excursions. The bus driver was super crabby too and should be bilingual. He did not even greet and smile in French. It is obvious that your company was stretching to find decent employees for this trip. If I were to take another excursion with your group, I would be absolutely furious if these two substandard employees were providing the services.

It was a long half day. Although the website indicated that there would be an onsite rep there was not. I understand from those went to the cable car ride that they only went halfway. THe journey was smooth but there was nowhere to sit and wait for the bus at 5pm. Beautiful scenery and glorious weather. Shop opening times would have been helpful.
