Had it gone how it was supposed to, this would’ve been a great way to see Chicago! We got on w/James & Luca rode 45 min, got off to site see. Went back to same spot, Big Bus Hop On/Off comes, we show Frank exact paper from Expedia and he tells us it’s the wrong bus. We tell him we rode this morning, he points to another corner, next block where “Expedia” get on “trolley” tours, different company and asks us to get off. Rain/snow mix, wind whipping as we walk away only to be told at that stop to go back, we had the right bus! Waited 35 min, so cold, so angry! First stop, we stay on, we’re froze. Next stop they’re switching staff. Our guide and driver “hop off”, have a cigarette and shoot the breeze with the incoming staff for about 1/2 hour, People are looking around not knowing what’s going on. We got off, not knowing how much longer we’d sit on a bus that’s going no where and walked to our hotel. Planned a fun, whole day and very disappointed to be back in our room by 2PM!
