It was a really enjoyable experience sitting on the open upper section of the tour bus and witnessing the sights of Korea. The tour operators were also friendly and approachable, answering to any queries that we had. We were able to easily get off at the stop we wanted and get back on at a different stop according to the schedule given to us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for us!

We were not lucky with this experience (hope, it did not happen with others)) - Audio quality is quite poor and bus drivers do not speak English, it is hard to identify correctly where is a right stop. We were confused between Cheong Wa Dae and Gyeongbok Palace stops that resulted a very long and tiring walk between these places and bus stops. - Bus stops are quite far from visiting points - Intervals are about 50 - 60 minutes instead of 30 minutes as mentioned in the voucher. It took long time to wait at some places where we could finish a visit within 30 minutes. Our trip finished only after few stops in about 5 hours and we decided to take a taxi back to the hotel. We spent about USD 50 for 3-person voucher, it seems too expensive (not worth) compared to taxi fares which is quite reasonable and very convenient (although taxi drivers also do not speak English well). Thank you.
