What you can expect

Explore Puebla's main sights on a double-decker tram. Pass by the main square—Zocalo—as well as Puebla Cathedral, the street of candies, the Parian handicraft market, and make a quick stop at the Loreto and Guadalupe forts, the site of a battle honored on May 5.

Make yourself comfortable on the tram's second level, offering a great view of the city's landmarks and ample photo opportunities. Drive through Zocalo, Puebla's main square, and get a glimpse of the imposing Puebla Cathedral, a Roman Catholic church with the tallest towers in Mexico.

See the city's Convention Center, Analco neighborhood, and make a brief stop at the Loreto and Guadalupe forts, where some of the fighting in the Battle of Puebla took place. Mexico's victory in the conflict is celebrated on May 5—Cinco de Mayo in the US. Heading back to the departure point, pass by the artist neighborhood, the street of candies, and the Museum of the Revolution.
