This trip was better than expected

Harve was an excellent facilitator. Her made sure we all knew what you do and where to go. Most importantly, he got us through the line and security in a snap.

Tour people are assholes and absolutely full of

shit!!! Incredibly unfriendly towards disabled people...made a poor woman who couldn't ambulate without a cane walk 1/4 mile up stairs when they could have dropped her off right outside the Tower!!! Then they gave us expired tickets to the cruise so we couldn't go on it...Expedia called and they were closed...so we got fucked again!!! 58 restaurant was hot and uncomfortable and the air conditioner did not kick in until we were leaving!!! Horrible experience!!!
